Megan is a theatre director, curator, creative producer, artistic director, artist and facilitator working across theatres, galleries, clubs & community settings.
She is the founder, Artistic Director & Executive Producer of Girl Gang Manchester with whom she has made joyful, playful & political collaborative experiences since 2016.
Megan has worked across a variety of mediums and contexts to cultivate an intentionally eclectic practice. Her work ranges from 1 on 1 theatrical happenings, audio walks to braless pillow fights.
Megan’s practice has inclusivity, collaboration and community engagement at its core, working primarily with new writing, co-creation, devising, immersive, site specific and interactive experiences.
Working professionally in the arts for 14 years and freelance for 10, credits and clients include Contact, Factory, HOME, ALRA North, The Lowry, Warp Film, Monki, Nike and The NHS. Megan is based between Manchester and Berlin.
